Women Empowerment initiatives
Under this programme the rural bank officers who have scrutinized the functioning of self-help groups of the organisation sanctioned a sum of Rs.14400/- to each group of the village in all the 11 villages of the project area Distract Fatehpur, thus a total sum of Rs.1, 58400/- sanctioned for the women groups. It is worth mentioning that The RRB Suketi is facing problems of recovery of their loan. Their 70 % loan could not be recovered due to mal functioning of borrowers and prevalent poverty in this area even then they saw the works being done by the self-help groups of the organization. They praised the systematic working of the and consequently preferred to sanction loan for these groups. Mr. Ajit Singh, Minister of Agriculture, Government of India has distributed the sanction letters in a function organised jointly by the Manav Kalyan Pratisthan and The Regional Rural Bank, Suketi at the block headquarters Bahua in Fatehpur District. Speaking on the occasion Mr. R. S. Verma, District Magistrate, Fatehpur called upon the people to take lesson from the working of self-help groups of Manav Kalyan Pratisthan.
He congratulated the management of the organization who gave good training to these groups. The Union Minister Mr. Ajit Singh directed the bank officials to provide all possible facilities to the beneficiaries so that they can raise their standard of Living by utilizing the funds being advanced to them. In this programme thousands of people of the project area took part and witnessed the function. This has boosted the moral of beneficiary groups.

Experiences with Women Empowerment Education and Health Projects.
The organisation has been working in the field of education, Women Empowerment and health activity since 1987. Under its Health & Education programme organisation has been operating both Health/HIV and Non Formal education centers in Dist. Fatehpur. In the mean time, Govt of India extended funding support to train the village level ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) Aganwadi workers. This project has been running successfully since last 07 years. Simultaneously organisation has started a programme for Mother and Child Health Care in 1996 with the help of KKS Germany. The organisation provides Counseling, Reproductive Child Health, Vaccination, pre and post-natal care, Family life education & other needs of the married couple in the villages.
